Terms of Service

Last updated 5 October 2026. These terms are between you and Xappify, the maker of 3C Arena. By playing, you accept them.

Your account

A guest account is created automatically on first launch and lives on the device that made it. Sign in with Google, Apple or an email account to keep it on every device; until then, anyone with access to the device has access to the account. Keep your sign-in details to yourself. We can suspend an account that breaks these terms.

Fair play

Play the game as it is meant to be played. In particular, do not modify the game or its network traffic, automate play, use another person's account, or deliberately disconnect to avoid a loss. The server decides every shot and every result, and we check matches for tampering. Accounts that cheat can be reset or suspended without notice.

Respect other players

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive players. Names, club names and pictures must not be offensive, sexual, hateful or violent, impersonate someone else, or advertise. Do not harass, threaten or abuse other players.

You can report a player from their menu in Friends, and block them so they can no longer contact you. We review every report, normally within 24 hours, and can reset a name, remove a picture, or suspend the account responsible.

Coins and items

Coins and cosmetic items exist only inside the game. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred between accounts. If your account is deleted, they go with it.

Purchases in the apps are made through the App Store or Google Play, and their refund rules apply.

Interruptions

This is a service under active development. Matches can be interrupted by maintenance, updates or faults. Where a match cannot be completed, the result may be recorded as it stood or discarded.

The game itself

The game, its code, art and content belong to Xappify. You get a personal, non-transferable right to play it. You may not copy, sell, decompile or redistribute it.

No warranty, and limits

3C Arena is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost progress or ratings. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

Ending it

You can stop playing and delete your account at any time, in the game under Settings → Account, or see Delete your account. We can suspend or end access if these terms are broken.
