Delete your account
You can have your 3C Arena account and its data removed at any time, free of charge.
Your account has been deleted. Thank you for playing 3C Arena.
Delete it yourself, right away
In the game: Settings → Account → Delete account.
On this website: sign in to your account, open Security and use Delete account at the bottom.
Either one deletes the account at once. If you signed in with Apple, 3C Arena's access to your Apple ID is revoked too.
Or ask us by email
Email support@xappify.co from any address, with the subject "Delete my 3C Arena account", and include:
- your player handle (shown on the lobby screen and in the rankings), and
- roughly when you last played, so we can confirm it is the right account.
We will confirm, then delete. Requests are handled within 30 days, usually much sooner.
What gets deleted
- Your account and handle
- Your rating, coins, owned items and cloud save
- Your sign-in records
- Your entries on the rankings
What stays
Matches you played stay in your opponents' match history and in public replays, because the record belongs to both players — but your name is removed from them. Short-lived server logs age out on their own. Anything we must keep by law is kept only for as long as the law requires.
Beta list
Every email we send has a link to remove yourself from the beta list. Or email us from the address you signed up with; no handle needed.
This cannot be undone
Deletion is permanent. Your rating and progress cannot be restored afterwards. If you only want a break, you can simply stop playing: nothing is charged, and your account stays as it is.
